Microcreditbank of Uzbekistan received a stable rating from the international agency Fitch Ratings on 18 March.
The
rating has been achieved by the bank thanks to successful economic
activity, the efficiency of micro credits and quality credit portfolio.
In accordance with the presidential decree of 10 November 2008, Microcreditbank will increase its charter capital by UZS 72 billion to UZS 150 billion.
According
to Mix-Market, global microfinance information platform,
Microcreditbank occupies one of the leading positions in issuing micro
credits in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
It is included in the list of the world’s 100 banks whose services are rated with five diamonds.
In
2008, PricewaterhouseCoopers, international audit organization, gave a
